• Kyle Jones re-added as member #23 — verified on the roster before tonight's first class.
• Membership sync hardened: a tag gate in the pipeline so untagged buyers can never be seated as members again.
• Bus send-out message cleaned up (v4) with the new rules — simpler, one block per bot, ready for the new person.
